I have to take this time to present the International Epic Bad A Awards. These go to the people that are so bad A, that they deserve an award for it, enough said. The first goes to the Bad A Bike Ride. No offense to those professional riders or anyone that has the skill to do death defying tricks on the bike, but they lost to Sn Eck, Mk3 Rambin and Myself. The reasons are that they are not in the arctic Tundra. I didn’t even need a kickstand, the snow held the bike up. If you are still harboring doutbs, we saw a seal at the end of our ride. I had my binoculars so you just have believe me that it was a seal. Moving on to the Best wood Pile award going to Bm2 Gardner, Bm2 Peterson, Chief Warrant Officer Boyle, Sk2 Hunt and Myself. We loaded two farm carts of driftwood from around the station and Then Had a Bad A Bon Fire. As you can see from the pictures. Some of the timber took four people to pick up. It was a fun day. The final Bad A Award goes to Sn Fuller. For the Melt your face like the guy from Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark Guitar Skills. She is so good that when she plays the population of the connex doubles. She has achieved more effect on the party than beer. It is a close call, but she takes it. Just look at the pictures and you will agree. So that concludes the presentation of the International Epic Bad A Awards. Hope you enjoyed and now moving on the other things.
As I have said before about the sun up here, it sets really late and rises really early. I got this crazy idea to try to catch the aurora coming out by staying up until the sun set at 0100 and wait until it got dark. Well it never got dark, but I got some great pictures it turned out alright. The first Picture is from about 0100, the Second is about 0200, the Third with the silhouette it around 0230 and the final is at 0300. The sun never really set, but it was beautiful. In the meantime I was taking pictures of the party going on in the connex and the Rec Deck. Fs3 Scott in his current mental state of believing he was famous was kind enough to pose for a photograph with Hs1 Buffington. Earlier that night Et2 Pojar decided to be carried down the Hallway by Sn Eck and Fs1 Chattin. It was a good party. Sn Fuller made it possible due to her melt your face like the guy from Indiana Jones and theRaiders of the Lost Ark Guitar Skills. Dc1 Lacasse is an prime example of the effect of these skills. He is the one in the 80's Rocker Mode.
